Lead Generation Funnel Conversion Focussed Experience Although Home Sales Fast had its main website with all of the usual jargon, our ads needed a place where we could ensure maximum conversion rates. We created a funnel delivering all of the information the users would need to become a prospect in Home Sales Fast’s CRM. That’s where we introduced the Home Valuation Tool — a simple tool on their website that lets users check what their home is currently worth. We theorized that if anyone’s interested in knowing what price their home would sell for, chances are they’re interested in selling their home. Whenever a prospect lands on their website looking for a quick valuation, they had to input their personal information in order to view the numbers. These leads would then be transferred to the sales team who would follow up with the prospects. If they are the right fit, Home Sales Fast would take the next steps to move forward with the deal. The landing page was equipped to address pain points, show how Home Sales Fast can alleviate those pains easily and back it up with social proof from those who had used it before. Rapid Conversion Our calls to action led to a very simple, clean, staged form. Staging the form instils a belief in the user that it will only take a few seconds. A simple feature that can prevent the loss of users due to daunting, page-long forms. And the results speak for themselves. We successfully created a highly profitable lead generation system. We were able to build a reliable, evergreen funnel that wiped away all their earlier worries of not having enough customers. On average, we were able to generate 131 leads at a cost of £1655.47 for a cost-per-lead of only £12.64. Those numbers are unheard of in this industry. Imagine getting a qualified lead for just £12. Crucial to the success of any competition based website is a limitation to entry. Not just in total, but to create an engaging experience for all, for individuals too. By displaying the ticket quantity and showcasing it dropping every time someone makes a purchase, we add scarcity. This too increases our chances of conversion. Transparency “You can buy this.” vs “Join 500+ others who have bought from us and loved the experience”. Need we write this sentence again? As a new competition website, Whisky Club was more susceptible to scepticism than most businesses. That’s why we had them join TrustPilot. We set up an email automation sequence encouraging customers to review their experience with the brand. This was so effective that Whisky Club now rank in the top 10 alcohol stores in less than a year of trading. Full credit to them for delivering an exceptional customer experience. The idea of course being that these will now be contacts for Whisky Club to send marketing emails to and convert further down the line. It’s our job to attract as many of these entrants as possible. We’ve truly unlocked a results machine, sharing the targeting options would be like sharing our safe combination. What we can tell you is that it always boils down to the same psychological principles; with each of our audiences, we show unique and subliminal characteristics in our ad creative which triggers a click whirr response in their brains purchasing engine. Our methods allowed us to reach people before they even knew they were interested - before they knew they were in the market to buy. This meant that we could soar Elysium past their competition and engage the prospects at an earlier stage in the buying journey, and thus at a lower cost.
