THE CHALLENGE
Jimi Blake is the creator Hunting Brook Gardens in Ireland. In his 20+ years of craft and excellence he has attracted attention from several global magazines and tv shows including BBC, The Times, Telegraph and more.
Jimi created a few different online courses but apart from his most loyal audience, they never seemed to go very far or even seem worth his time. So, his income became dependant on in-person tours and training, demanding a huge amount of hours.
THE SOLUTION

We worked with Jimi to restructure his offer into a new wholistic membership with multiple programs, allowing him to charge a far greater price but also to bring all of his customers into one unified location where he could make announcements and generate referalls and feedback.
We scripted and shot a high-end 'free masterclass' for us to use in the funnel as well as building a series of email automations to move prospects down the pipeline and become buyers with zero manual input.
We took this system and amplified it with human-centric adverts that spoke directly to his audience in a way that spurred them to take action.
In the first month alone we added €10,000 in recurring revenue with less than €1,000 in spend.
